An own-goal from Gabriel Tamas and a stunner from David Hoilett gave Blackburn Rovers a 2-0 win over struggling West Bromwich Albion.
West Brom haven't kept a clean sheet in 21 league games, and have won only one of their last seven games.
They have slipped to sixth from bottom, just three points above the relegation zone; Blackburn climb to seventh.
Tamas headed into his own net from a David Dunn cross five minutes before half-time, and the game was effectively settled two minutes after the break as Hoilett latched onto a Nikola Kalinic chest-down, beat Tamas and hammered his shot past Boaz Myhill.
Blackburn goalkeeper Paul Robinson made a number of fine saves, and West Brom were furious to have two penalty appeals turned down, but their slide continued.
